They did nothing different than T&T did on the CP blog (and no, I don't think there is anything wrong with that) so please stop whining fellas...

There was foul play. The webmaster over there has to manually close the polls, and he said he would do so around midnight EST. Last night I watched the polls close THREE different times.

First, the polls close with Hulk 50-Spiderman 49. Then they open back up.
Then polls close with Spiderman 60-Hulk 49. Then they open back up.
Then polls close again with Spiderman 51-Hulk 48.

There still has been no explanation, and this is just ANOTHER discrepancy among many in this tournament.

I liked Hulk, I don't understand how a 3D ride won... Oh well, I don't want either to win in the finals.

Nobody is whining...Perceptive people are just finding how people wouldn't think about the good quality of a ride, and instead just vote against it all because its a Cedar Fair ride.
Anyways, I'm really angry that a website like this would consider fooling around with the polls. I think they should get their act together and start doing this things in a fair manner.

We should do a tournament of our own. I still want to see how that Mav/Millie fight would have come out. I woulda taken Millie, I think, cause that first drop is still unbeatable.

I hadn't yet noticed that when I made my post here. I love how it hasn't been addressed yet and you've brought it up a number of times.

Well folks, the semi-finals are up:

http://www.themeparkinsider.com/flume/200904/1142/

At the moment Millennium is winning against Spiderman, and RotM is winning against Apollo.

Have at it, and please vote right - there's been enough tampering with the polls as a general note.

Spider-man is making a late comeback. I hope this doesn't end like last night did for Maverick. If you haven't voted yet, get out and voice your opinion!!!

Wow, that ended up being really tight. I guess people can't complain about it not being a close race anymore? Wink
