2008 -- Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN), a leader in
regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment,
today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash
distribution of 47.5 cents per limited-partner unit, continuing the
company’s annualized distribution rate of $1.90 per unit.
The distribution, which is payable February 15, 2008, to holders of
record February 5, 2008, represents the company’s 83rd consecutive
quarterly cash distribution.
The company plans to issue a news release announcing its 2007 fourth
quarter and full year earnings results before market hours on
Thursday, February 7, 2008. The company will host a conference call
with analysts that afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, which will
be web cast live in “listen only” mode via the Cedar Fair web site (www.cedarfair.com).
