Cedar Fair to Acquire California Water
Park

PALM SPRINGS, CA-
Cedar Fair L.P. announced
Tuesday (5/15) that it will will acquire Oasis Water Park in Palm
Springs, CA. The 16 acre park, which includes more than 20 separate
water rides and attractions, is comparable in size to Cedar Fair's
other water parks. This will be Cedar Fair's fifth water park, its
third in California. The park will be Cedar Fair's 11th property,
after the announcement of the acquisition of Michigan's Adventure last
week. The deal is expected to close late May. |
