To change a Buddy Icon in AOL Instant Messenger follow these steps:

1. Save one of these icons below to your hard drive using a right mouse click and then choosing "save picture as".

2. Open up the "My AIM" menu in Instant Messenger.

3. Go to "Edit Options", then "Edit Preferences".

4. Choose "Buddy Icons" from the left menu.

5. Once there, click "Browse PC" and select the desired icon from where you have saved it onto your PC.
