Maverick
Maverick is Cedar Point's newest scream machine.
It is located at the former site of White Water Landing.
Maverick uses two LSM launches during the ride.
The first propels riders up a hill down a 95 degree angle at 57 mph. The second launch is a straightway in a tunnel, underneath the station,
launching riders of up to 70 mph. The key features of Maverick are its closeness to the ground, speed, and theming.
